What is the calculated copper content per chew?

VetriScience do not add any copper to these chews, however they do contain naturally occurring copper from both active and inactive ingredients in the amount of 3.59 parts per million.

My dog needs to have hydrolyzed proteins due to food allergies.... is this made with hydrolyzed chicken liver?

This supplement is made with chicken liver flavor and does not contain chicken protein. For a pet that is very sensitive, we recommend consulting your Veterinarian to see what would be the safest fit for your pets current treatment plan. 

Can this supplement be given with SamE, my epileptic dog requires Phenobarbital and takes 400mg SamE in evening and 200 SamE in morning

Liver flavor not a winner

Copper hates the smell and won't eat them. We have tried to cut them up into smaller pieces because the pill is huge and not very chewy.

Not soft

While the flavor seemed to be good to our dog, they were far too hard for him to chew. Granted, he is old and has very few teeth left, but even trying to break them

While the flavor seemed to be good to our dog, they were far too hard for him to chew. Granted, he is old and has very few teeth left, but even trying to break them up into his food took effort and required a fork. We will try the powdered version of a different brand.

1st week with these supplements

I can say if they are affective until it's been at least a month and my pup has a bloodiest but he LOVES these little "treats"! Yes they stink but that's his favorite

Horrible

This are not soft and smell horrible. My dog refuses to just take them. I have to crush them, not an easy feat to mix them my dogs wet food. Think she is on to me

Horrible scent

My dog ate the first one then never took one after that. The scent is horrendous. They feel chalky at first but once it mixes with saliva it gets chewy and sticky

They smell awful. My dogs have hard time chewing them. My dogs took them the first time, but after that I must hide them in a pill pocket.

Our dog absolutely refuses to eat these, even when covered in peanut butter. They smell disgusting to me, and apparently to our dog as well.
