Hook up Questionable

This is the second one I ordered, and the first one had the hook bent in the opposite direction on one side. This one doesn’t stay hooked on the cage at all, and

This is the second one I ordered, and the first one had the hook bent in the opposite direction on one side. This one doesn’t stay hooked on the cage at all, and the top tends to stay closed, making it difficult to fill. It also requires having to open the cage to fill it. Perhaps in another small cage situation it could work. Never received a refund the first one, despite it obviously being manufactured improperly.

It hold hay cubes like I needed it to but the “lids” aren’t bent enough where they hold onto the cage itself so it is difficult to keep them on while filling. My
