Unfortunately I just received mine and the smallest wire on the stand was broken. I believe was due to shipping because it was at the top of the box. However, I called and got a very nice guy who I sadly can't remember his name. Who has already put in to replace it. I don't have to send the broken one back. He brought up a great idea. To possibly donate it maybe someone at animal rescue or whatever could maybe fix. Maybe I could fix it before I donate it. First time I ever had to call and was very pleased. ❤️❤️😁😁😁

It is made of light weight material. It has a weak frame. It is exactly what you pay for. I bought a cheap wheel and that is exactly what I got. It works as it is intended to work. Have a tube of graphite handy, it does squeak. If you want a cheap wheel, this will do the trick, just be aware of the limitations.

Please do not buy this! Do not buy an wheel or spinner that isn’t straight. This is extremely dangerous and causes bumble foot. Please be responsible and do some research on your pet. There are a lot of dangerous products out there like pine and cedar bedding. This wheel is also too small for a syrain. They need at least 8.5-12 inch wheels, this will only work for a dwarf
