Is this safe for large breed puppies as well?

This food is formulated to meet the nutritional levels established by the AAFCO Dog Food Nutrient Profiles for all life stages including the growth of large size dogs (70 lb or more as an adult).

Can I freeze it in individual portions for a small dog?

Wellness has never tested their wet food frozen so it is unknown if the consistency with change when thawed. However, there is no reason why the food can't be frozen.

When it’s gonna expire

The expiration of each lot will vary depending on the manufacturing date. The expiration date can be found stamped on the back or bottom of the can. Opened cans can be stored in the fridge, and used within three days.

What is the calcium and phosphorus percentage?

My dog didn't tolerate it well

I can't say that this food caused soft stool in my 6 mo old puppy but when I started using it she had very soft poos and after I discontinued using it she was fine

I can't say that this food caused soft stool in my 6 mo old puppy but when I started using it she had very soft poos and after I discontinued using it she was fine. But I must say she liked it. I only give her a small amount as a topper for her dry food but had given her a bit more than usual of wet so could have been a combination of issues. I have 11 cans left I will have to donate somewhere. I did read in other reviews that the same thing happened to others.

My dog is VERY picky

Adding canned dog food has helped (mostly) to inspire my VERY PICKY puppy to eat. Wellness “Bowl Boosters: Digestive Health” has also brought good success.

It's not the food

Our puppy likes it and it seems to be a good quality food, but it seems to cause her to smell bad all the time even after grooming. Not sure how or why her food

With so few quality ingredient wet puppy foods out there, these cans were immediately put into our rotation. We also use the adult version of this food with our other cats and dogs. Unfortunately, the puppies hate the taste of this! We've even tried mixing it with their kibble and it's been a no go while they happy gobble every other brand. The consistency is little more pasty/dense than the adult cans, so we also tried adding water with no success.
