We are feeding this to our ragdoll kitten as well as one of our senior cats that needs to gain weight. We like it that the ingredients are good and for the most part, our cats seem to like it. They do seem to get a little tired of it, however, so we have to rotate other foods into the mix. We usually feed them 2-3 meals of this and then something else and then back to this. I wish that Wellness made a turkey version for kittens so that we can incorporate that also. Right now, we're also using Blue Buffalo Freedom Kitten and Instinct Kitten.

  • Great products and service

I love that when I realize rather late that my little blue lynx bicolor rag doll has consumed all of his food early, that I change my autoship order and the wonderful products show up within 24-48 hours on my doorstep! And I get a notice a few days ahead saying autoship is coming so I can edit that order. Perfect!!! Thank you

  • Adopted kittens love

    By on

I just adopted two kittens. I was unaware of what they were being fed in the foster home, so I was nervous about whether they would take to this food. No issues at all; they love it!

  • My kitten is happy!

I can’t say I’ve tasted the stuff, but my kitten really likes it, which is good because he was found on the streets and needed to gain weight. I’m happy to say, he’s at a healthy weight now :)

  • Good quality

    By on

This is the only wet food my cat likes to eat now. I guess he is picky, haha. It's very good quality food. You can tell just by looking at it and the texture of it.

  • Yummy stuff

I just got a kitty form a kill shelter. The shelter vet fixed her at too small of a weight and she retained a repiratory infection from her litter mates. She lost 1 of her 2.8 pounds in the first two days I had her. With a whole lot of TLC and my personal veterinarians attention and a TON of this Wellness Kitty food she is thriving and cannot get enough, she's nearly gained her lost weight back. I do water it down so she can maintain hydration as she recovers.

  • Poor quality control

    By on

This is what I found his morning when I opened a can ... a big sloshing mess. (This is supposed to be a firm pate.). Totally fed up with the pet food industry and am now seriously considering making my own cat food. This is repulsive. Very, very disappointed with Merrick.

The three rescue kittens I recently adopted seem to be thriving on the Wellness Kitten food. I have fed all of my cats Wellness products for nearly 20 years and will continue to do so. Thank, Chewy, for first rate customer service, too.
