Canned Dog Food
Great dog food to mix with the dry. Recommended by my vet years ago.
Turkey ingredients has gritty texture
The turkey in the cans has more white bits of something gritty or hard. I put some between my fingers and found it abrasive. Is it bone? I have used this product for years but noticed the consistency has changed and the cans are not as full to the top as they used to be. I no longer use the turkey but still use the Lamb and fish flavors. I wish the flavors were less pate like and that the chunky texture were back.
Something changed in formula
This use to be my favorite for my boys. Something changed in the formula as my last case was not the same consistency as my prior cases. I need the food to be dense like it use to be. It also did not smell the same as before. I though maybe I got a bad case but I purchased one can from our local feed store and it was the same which leads me to believe that they changed the formula in the turkey. The lamb formula is still the same so far so I will switch to lamb as I do like the ingredients in this food.
Nothing wrong with product
I gave this a one star only because the write up led me to believe this was a gravy type product. As with everything it could be my interpretation, but I was disappointed when I received a case of Turkey, Chicken and Beef and opened one up and found it to be an awful lot like the pate' type dog food. My dogs won't eat anything that resembles pate'. I'm going to donate this to my shelter. I'm sure the product is great just like all of Wellness products, just didn't realize it wasn't more of a gravy topping.
My picky dog loves it!
I bought this as a topper for my goldendoodle who won't eat anything! Just a little bit of this goes a long way and it smells delicious! My doodle is now licking her bowl clean!
Great quality product!
So happy to find something similar to another product I can't find. Very limited ingredients. My fur-babies love it!
This product really agrees with my dog who is elderly and has health issues. It's high quality and excellent.
Love the taste
So far my chf girl is doing great on this food, low sodium and only 4 ingredients!
