    Mild on sensitive digestive systems

    By Jules on Oct 23, 2020 top500Contributor

This is a great food for upset digestive systems or cats recovering from an illness. You can add a little water and blend it in a bullet blender to make it into a smooth pate or add even more warm water and some high calorie booster gel and blend well for syringe feeding and it's about as close as you will get to boiling chicken at home, but with all the nutrients cats need for a balanced diet. When you open the can, it smells like real human food. All my cats eat it really well, but one does prefer it blended into a pate (but that's easy enough with the bullet blender). Best of all, it's from a company with no history of recalls, with a safe track record of producing high quality safe pet food This is a great food for upset digestive systems or cats recovering from an illness. Cats LOVE this food

By Kzip on Jul 29, 2020

Three 14 yo cats, one with beginning of kidney problems. They eat the Royal Canine kidney diet, both dry and wet. I looked for a recommended wet food for a kidney problem and found Weruva. The two and six year olds also love this food.

By Zula on Jul 28, 2020

My cats and I love Weruva. Its one of few brands that make a trully high guality, no BS wet cat food. The other two we also like are Tiki Cat and Fussie Cat. I have ust ordered more flavors of the Truluxe cans.

My cat loves this food but it is too expensive for me

By MLBC on Dec 30, 2019

My cat loves this food but I forgot to check calorie content when I ordered. The can label says 125K/6 oz can. My cat needs to eat 250K so that's 2 cans per day or 60 cans per month. That's $164/mth or about $2K per year. I really wish I could afford this but with a 37% bump up in my health insurance premiums in 2020, I just can't.
