Do you know why they recommend for 9 months or older? Just fed to my 8 month Aussie before reading the label.

Dental chews are not recommended for puppies since they are still teething and may pull the teeth earlier than expected. Newly grown teeth can also be softer and can cause breakage.
My Dog has PLN and is on a very low protein renal support diet. are these safe for her? how much protein is in each medium treat?
