What is the "variety" referring to? Are there different flavors or sizes?

Bought these thinking they would be a good healthy snack for my dogs till I opened the box and realized that they were all dyed. Checked the label and food coloring’s were used in all of them., super disappointed as we are a dye free household. I won’t serve dyes to my kids and I will not serve them to my dogs either.

The bones are not bagged just tossed in the box
