Sizing is incorrect

I purchased a medium which was supposed to be a size 12 to 18 but it was actually a size 14 to 18. This means the collar was too big for my German Shepherd pup

I purchased a medium which was supposed to be a size 12 to 18 but it was actually a size 14 to 18. This means the collar was too big for my German Shepherd pup. Aside from that it is a well made collar and the design is great. If it wasn't for the size issue I would give it a five. I'll just have to wait for my pup to grow into it.
