Description

No kitten diet on the market has proven itself like Wysong Nurture cat food. It is created by a veterinarian and owes its popularity solely to veterinary recommendation and word of mouth. Nurture has been fed to tens of thousands of felines through multiple generations for over thirty years. It creates remarkably robust vitality and well-being during the tender months.

This improved formulation is designed to take advantage of new processing methods to preserve natural value, and nutritional advances in epigenetics and nutrigenomics. Nurture is 38% protein, contains high levels of fresh/frozen and dried meats and organs, protein, and fat, and a comprehensive spectrum and higher levels of micronutrients/nutraceuticals including prebiotics, probiotics, enzymes, omega-3s, antioxidants and more. Colostrum is included for immune enhancement and small quantities of fruits and vegetables mimic what may be consumed in the viscera of prey, and contribute important vitamins, minerals, antioxidants and other nutrients.

  • None of my cats will touch this

    By on

I thought I’d try this brand due to its excellent reputation and high reviews. My kittens have only experienced chicken based wet and dry food. I did not realize that this kitten food has fish meal and turkey meal. I’m not sure I know if that is the reason they, nor my other cats of varying ages will touch this. I will continue to try other products by this brand due to its excellent reputation.

I purchased this for my new kitten and she really likes it, I put a bowl of this out along with the food from the breeder and she ate this first. The kibble is tiny and perfect for a kitten.

  • Kittens Deserve the Very Best

Nurture Kitten Formula is the ONLY dry cat food I will offer to our raw meat eating kitten. While kitten eats very little dry food ... she will nibble on this from time to time.

  • Great ingredients and small kibble

    By on

The ingredients look great and if you do a little research on the company you will find nothing but good things. My kitten loved it since I introduced it to him at about 2 months. I thought the kibble was a little tough but this doesn't seem to be the case for him. Overall good product just wish they sold the 20 pound bags ( my cat is turning into a little pig).

  • ZaZu Loves It!

I started our new kitten on Wysong's kitten formula at the same time I started our adult male on Wysong Uretic. I was impressed with the ingredients & quality of the food. I always research & read labels before purchasing a pet food. I refuse to feed any of our pets food that has corn or any other filler ingredient as one of the top ingredients. ZaZu eats it and will go to his crate where it is kept several times a day to go in and eat (I have to keep it out of reach of the adult male). ZaZu has free range to the Uretic the adult is on and does eat it also. He is doing beautifully on it: excellent development, energy & growth. I will feed him the kitten formula until a year then he will I started our new kitten on Wysong's kitten formula at the same time I started our adult male on Wysong Uretic. • Healthy with great ingredients

Someone tossed out a 5 week old kitten at my house. She was so tiny all I fed her was canned food. I've fell in love with her and wanted her to have the best of the best. The Wysong dry kitten is the perfect bite size for her and she loves it!

  • Best kitten food you can buy, IMO

    By on

I've only been raising kittens for a little over a year, but after looking at all of the "kitten" foods available, this was the only dry food I would choose to let my kittens eat. i start Mom on it a few weeks before her due date, to make sure she gets the best nutrition I can get to her, along with wet food and slow cooked chicken thighs. I start my kittens on wet food first (mideast feast for the win!) and leave this out for mom to graze on. Kittens are always interested in what Mom is eating and they start on dry on their own, with no prompting from me. After 4 to 6 months, you want to start them on a good quality adult food. Better than Royal Canin BabyCat, better than any commercially I've only been raising kittens for a little over a year, but after looking at all of the "kitten" foods available, this was the only dry food I would choose to let my kittens eat. i start Mom on it a few weeks before her due date, to make sure she gets the best nutrition I can get to her, along with wet food and slow cooked chicken thighs. This dry food is smaller sized than other brands. My kitten has a easier time eating it.
