A scratcher with a bed

I was looking for a scratcher to replace the one that didn't last long before this. It say in the middle of the front entrance hallway/living room and the cats played

I was looking for a scratcher to replace the one that didn't last long before this. It say in the middle of the front entrance hallway/living room and the cats played with it often. I thought the bed and "cave" would be an added attraction to the scratcher. My kitties love it! Even my biggest kitty (over 15lbs) will jump on top and sleep there comfortably. I haven't had it long but it's holding up well (for the price).

Fell apart first day.

The bolt that holds the box to the top is TOO LONG. It protrudes through the flat top creating a Hazard for any cat lying on top. All bolts given are same length,

The bolt that holds the box to the top is TOO LONG. It protrudes through the flat top creating a Hazard for any cat lying on top. All bolts given are same length, one needs to be shorter so as not to protrude through the top level. Very disappointing, but as a rescue, I will figure out a way to utilize the tree without the box and the box for a hidey spot. Wasted my money on this one.....first time, and I am a long time customer.

We bought it to have a scratching post upstairs and a way for the cats too look out the window. They love it. My only issue with it is that it is meant for a corner
