This litter box is designed so that the top piece securely snaps onto the bottom piece to protect your floors from unwanted litter spray and contain most urine or spray.

Is this litter box suitable for small spaces/apartments? It would have to fit in a tiny bathroom, under the sink.

NOT WHAT I HAD EXPECTED

I ordered this same litter box a couple of years ago & this time the top of the box is so flimsy that all kitty as to do is to brush her paw on it & the top just

I ordered this same litter box a couple of years ago & this time the top of the box is so flimsy that all kitty as to do is to brush her paw on it & the top just falls off. Not what I expected or hoped for. The prior box had a removable top that did not come off easily which was great for me as I am 83 yrs. old & in a wheelchair & I welcomed the ease of picking it up by the back of top to clean. Also, I know the world is changing every single day, but I truly depended on exclusive items for my pet from you. Please don't continue to shortchange your clients.

The top wall thing is not secure

Our 12 pound girl hopped in to do her business, the topper shifted off and scared her. She shot out like her tail was on fire and poo’d all over the floor. She wouldn’t go near it again. Sooooo back to the old litter box. I think it was reversed when made because if you stack the bottom into the upended top lid it snaps securely. But it’s no earthly good down there. Faulty manufacturing. Do not buy.

It’s ok, not perfect

We bought two of these. One snapped together just fine, the other did not. We ended up going another way because our cat kept spraying over the walls of this litter

No more messy cat

I received my new anti-scatter litter box and I couldn't be happier. Pixie cat just loves to see how far she can toss litter. Huge mess! But, no more, area around

I received my new anti-scatter litter box and I couldn't be happier. Pixie cat just loves to see how far she can toss litter. Huge mess! But, no more, area around box is clean. Pixie is med. Size and she has plenty of room in the box. So simple- just place shield in place and that's it. I disregarded the small scoop which attaches to the box, because Pixie knocked it off in no time. Oh! And the price for this litter box is affordable. Thank you chewy.

These were on sale and pretty inexpensive. I am still disappointed at how flimsy they are. The sides to not stay attached at all. They fall off with the slightest movement. Forget trying to move them to clean the litter. You’ll be lucky to not have e a pan of litter all over your floor. The scoop lets a lot filter through and breaks up clumps. Exactly what you don’t want to happen. I should have just invested in higher quality or stainless steel. I don’t recommend.

Easy to use and keeps the area clean

As a first-time cat owner, I wasn't sure what kind of box to order. I found this one at an excellent price so I decided to go for it. I actually really like it

The sides are tall but not too tall for my smaller cat. It is sturdy and stays together! The fact that it comes with a bonus scoop is really quite handy. The scoop hangs on the side of the box. I love that!

From my experience using this litter box, it seems like the designer never had to clean one. The cover is positioned so that the edge is on the outside, not the inside. As you can see from the pictures, urine that hits the plastic shield channels out of the box and onto the floor. This has severely damaged the wood flooring under the box in our house. Moreover, the box has a raised molded section on its base with a 1.5-inch channel around it, making it impossible to scrape poop off the bottom. This item should not be sold on Chewy!

Leaks driving me crazy

I got the high sided one because my cat puts his butt against the side of the box to pee & if not careful about keeping the box away from the wall, he'll pee on

I got the high sided one because my cat puts his butt against the side of the box to pee & if not careful about keeping the box away from the wall, he'll pee on the wall. The high sides were my solution but the lid isn't tight enough on the box so the pee would go between the lid & the box and then leak onto my floor. I put 2 stars instead of 1 because it's partially my cat's fault for how he pees but it doesn't work for me and now I have to find a new one.
