Big fuzzy ball - kitty detective!

This ball was bigger than some of the other automatic balls that we have, it was a little intimidating for our smaller cat- but she ended up following it around

This ball was bigger than some of the other automatic balls that we have, it was a little intimidating for our smaller cat- but she ended up following it around like a little detective.I liked the Velcro-ish texture which I think slowed it down on carpet- But the bad side to that was that it became a huge dust collector! We didn’t get to play with this one all that much because after the 3rd day- it completely went missing! This would be best for a room with no nooks and crannies- and our large studio is full of them!! I def would give it a try again:)

This took hours to fully charge - then didn't roll

I had to charge it for 4+ hours in order for it to stop blinking, indicating that it was fully charged. It will not roll! It chirps and vibrates but won't move

I had to charge it for 4+ hours in order for it to stop blinking, indicating that it was fully charged. It will not roll! It chirps and vibrates but won't move on the floor. And I noticed that after I placed my order the item was "out of stock" so I'm wondering if somehow I received a returned item. I want to return this but would love for it to work as I have a very busy kitten that needs more interaction than it can give.

I requested a refund.
