Very nice substitute for sand
By Dusk on Dec 28, 2020
I use this in a rodent enclosure for a dig box filler and it's nice, heavy with very little dust compared to sand. It feels great putting your hand through it, no jagged or sharp bits, just teeny granules!

Pincushion perfection!
By Tillysmama on Dec 3, 2020
So I don't have a reptile, I have a big beautiful extra labby labradoodle and I get all her favorites from Chewy. Who knew they had sewing supplies? This is the BEST for filling pin cushions and a great price! We love Chewy!

Walnut shell reptile bedding
By Mike on Nov 25, 2020
No reptile pets at my house, just some cats. I use it to clean brass prior to reloading ammunition. You should market it for that purpose as well as reptile sanitation.

When received the bag was completely ripped and had puncture marks so it was spilled all in the box. Very disappointed

Bearded Dragons
By Reptiles on Sep 26, 2020
To everyone that says all substrates should not be used for Bearded Dragons need to keep their stupidness to themselves. My husband and I have been breeding Beardies for over 40 years and have NEVER had any problems even or vets are using substrates for their Beardies. So do all of us that use substrates and Shut Your Mouth.

Good stuff
By Gizmo on Oct 6, 2020
The granules are smaller than I’m used to and it’s kinda powdery in comparison to what I’m used to using, but it still works for my parrot

Great Product
By 12537 on Aug 10, 2020
To all the comments about beardies shouldnr have loose substrate... its perfectly fine! As long as you monitor your lizard its fine. Once they are bigger its fine. They can be on loose substrate its perfectly fine if you use the right stuff. Geez.

Finnegan loves it!
By Samantha on Jul 9, 2020
We have all different substrates in our Russian Tortoise enclosure and he tends to stay near this one. It works very well under the heat lamp. Holds heat. Any moisture is easy to scoop out and dispose of.
