good for tug
i've purchased this item three times before and for the price, it's something i would buy again and again, especially since it's a 3-pack. they DO come in looking like a cheap wig but my dogs (a 50 lb husky and a 25 lb formosan mountain dog) both love them. i've never noticed any weird smell or anything; it just looks like cheap, synthetic fabric. we get a lot of good use out of them. my baby is an aggressive chewer and it might have been a month before she tore the pieces apart. even then, we'll play tug until the seams bust. i do like that there is no stuffing inside. the squeakers will not last more than 5 minutes in my house though. not for the fault of the toy but for the tenacity of my dog to destroy them.
All three love them!!
I have a 5 year old Boston, a 12 week old Boston and a 1 yr old French bulldog and all three love these toys!! Not the normal stuffy or plush, these are not filled and have survived much longer than a normal stuffed toy. Each one has 3 squeakers at different intervals down the length making it a super popular tug toy that they play with together. I must note that three squeakers going at once can start to grate the nerves after a while for the dog parent! Lol
Indestructible Toys
If your dog (or cat!) likes plush toys but rips the stuffing out in a day, you will live these! They squeak and can be carried around and are still intact, nothing to pull out. Shelby place catch with herself, throwing them, chasing them, making them squeak - rinse, repeat! She does like another human participant when possible! You can’t do any better than Chewy for your pet’s needs and your peace of mind.
Cats love them, too!
I have a cat that I’m sure is a Savannah, maybe an F4. He is very friendly with us and the other 2 cats. He is rough on toys, and I thought he’d like these unstuffed toys. I read in some articles that a Savannah is like a cat-dog. He loves them and drags them all over and into his box. Like taking his kill into his den? Only problem is he killed the squeakers in about a week! He has strong sharp teeth. He also uses them as a “kicker.” I don’t miss the squeakers, and the rest of the toys have survived! I will buy more when he finishes with these.
A great toy, actually 3 great toys
Especially for dogs that demolish toys, there are 3 of them for a reasonable price. Also no stuffing all over the floor, or worse, in their stomachs. I’ve found I can make them last by continuing to sew them as needed due to happy rambunctious play.
No stuffing needed!
My dog loves squeaky toys & she loves destuffing them, but I decided to try these & see what she thought & she LOVES them!! They are fun & easy for her to toss around. They are an excellent price for 3 & I will definitely buy them again.
Good for tough chewers
We have a pit/terrier mix and she loves to throw these around and catch them. Her and her brother (German shepherd) play tug a war and they seem to with stand their play. I would highly recommend these and they have no stuffing which is a bonus.
Great toys, dogs love them
These are my puppy's favorite toys. Beware, though, if you have a "chewer", they can get to the plastic squeakers inside the toys. Never leave your pets alone with chew toys, anyway.
Look no further
These are made with the softest material and eyes made of thread that cannot come loose and 3 very large squeakers! My Yorkies played with all three til they fell down exhausted! I took a video buy it would not load onto the review, too bad!
Easy squeekers
Puppy loves these, wish they had a bigger variety for large dogs. They are are easy for my pup to squeek and don’t seem to lose any fuzz when they’re chewed.
