It works great
By MOMMY on Jan 16, 2021 Top 100 Contributor
My 17 year old chihuahua/maltese mix has never had any problems with her ears until last year I noticed that she had a waxy build-up and also her ears were a little smelly. She had a check-up scheduled at the vets anyway so I asked her about her ears. She said that they weren’t infected they just needed to be cleaned so when I got home I looked for an ear cleanser that had good reviews and found this. It works great! I put it in her ear and rub the base of her ears gently and then let her shake the excess out. I then take a nice, soft tissue that I’ve folded over a few times and wipe up the excess on her ear flaps and around her ears. She’s not overly thrilled with having it done but it My 17 year old chihuahua/maltese mix has never had any problems with her ears until last year I noticed that she had a waxy build-up and also her ears were a little smelly. When I notice her ears are starting to get the brown, waxy build-up I use the ear cleanser 2-3 times a week until they’re cleared up. I usually only have to use it for a week or two. … more

Ear cleaner first application
By Clausmom on Jan 23, 2021
I used it once as recommended. My cat seemed to actually like me doing this and purred. One ear was quite dirty and waxy inside and he was shaking his head on one side. After cleaning with solution and wiping with cotton balls he stopped shaking his ear. I will do it again tomorrow.

Recommended by a dog owners group
By Jane on Jan 26, 2021
I have a Shar Pei with tiny ears and he shakes his head alot when his ears are clogged up. Several people on the Shar Pei owners group recommended this for weekly use. First time I used it, I noticed a significant decrease in the number of times he is shaking his head.

ear infection
By Dainese on Nov 13, 2020
My dog has an ear infection and since i haven’t found a vet able to see him urgently I was told by chewy workers to use this product. My dog hates when I use this on him and he shakes and drags his ear all over the bed. I also noticed flakey stuff coming out of his ear the redness from the ear infection has gotten better but the flakey stuff and the shaking of the head and dragging of the ears on the bed worry me. Can someone help please

Works! I recommend
By Tokia on Nov 24, 2020
Have a beagle with flappy ears and was trying home cleaning remedies. Bought this cause so many people had recommended it on Facebook and I love it! My dog loves it too! I don’t have to clean his ears as often and it smells good!

great cleanser
By TinaBina on Oct 27, 2020
My dog had a hematoma and the way her ear healed, it’s hard to clean out and that ear frequently gets itchy and gross. This cleanser allows us to flush out her whole ear and I was amazed at how well it cleaned out. It’s only been a couple days, but she seems much less bothered we used the ointment from the same brand as well.

Cleans ears but cat still itchy
By Miso on Aug 29, 2020
My cat has chronic dirty ears that requires cleaning at least every other day. Been using this but after every use, my cat ends up scratching his ears more than before. The cleanser leaves a greasy film on my hands so I'm assuming my cat is feeling that film in his ears? The cleanser does what it's supposed to - in the sense that it is good for cleaning wax - but I definitely will be looking for other ear cleansers in the future.

Sticky residue
By Cissy on Oct 22, 2020
My dog did not like getting this in her ears. It leaves a sticky residue that attracts more dirt. Probably best used before bathing the dog to remove any leftover cleanser on the outer ear.
