Great "No Chicken" Recipe
It's hard to find a cat food that does not contain chicken. I'm so glad I found Acana Bountiful Catch. My cat loves this dry food. It has healthy, quality ingredients. A wonderful buy!

My one year old rescue is extremely "picky" when it comes to food. He will not touch any kind of wet food and I was having a lot of trouble getting him off of Purina Kitten Chow, until someone told me about Acana Boutiful Catch. He loves it and Chewy is my go to. What a great company with wonderful Customer Service! I love Chewy!
A hit for a sad cat with a chicken allergy
Both of my cats had been eating canned wet food happily for the past couple years, but when one cat passed away suddenly, the other refused to eat anything besides crunchy treats. A friend gave us a scoop of this, and she was thrilled! I bought a small bag and have slowly managed to get her eating again, and now 2 months after the other cat passed, she's finally started eating a bit of wet food again as well. Definitely an increase in constipation with this, but that's to be expected with any wet to dry switch. It's been a great food for us so far!
Great food
Switched our new rescue kitty Harley to Acana on my son's recommendation from his experience with his cat. Midway through the switch process, she started cleaning up all the Acana in the bowl and leaving the "old" food behind. Harley loves this food!
Cat seems to like it.
The kibbles are really small which she really likes & she eats it readily. But she's also not super picky.

Humans, stop adding pumpkin, peas, and nonsense to cat food-- they do not eat veggies, berries, or what we think they need. Cats are protein machines-period! They don't need berries or squash or peas. you are slowly killing your feline. Due to a finicky and highly allergic feline, I've searched for years to find a brand that had no pumpkin, or other fillers. had one, until the company decided to use non-sense fillers to push a product as "healthier"--NOPE. CAT! not HUMAN. The original product was Purrrfect before you meddled. Better than most of the expensive brands, but still sold out to human marketing. until I can get my millions to make my cat food, the bag will have to do.
Cats love this food
I rotate the dry food for my girls Hank and Lucinda, and this was new to us this month. Hank and Lucy love this food and I can feel good because I know they are eating high quality grain free dry food.
Something without chicken
Affordable and my three cats love it, don't tell them I paid less than eight dollars a pound.
Lucky Find, Will Buy More
Like most cats, mine are picky eaters. Historically, they have only eaten Dr. Elsey‘s cat food, and they won’t eat ANYTHING chicken flavored. Unfortunately, apparently a lot of cat owners experience this because Dr. Elsey‘s rabbit and duck flavors are frequently sold out. (Perhaps because everyone does the same thing as I do, which is buy several bags whenever it comes back in stock.) I finally grew tired of this game and wanted a cat food that I can buy consistently whenever I need it. I had just bought this brand and similar flavor for my dog to try, and he loved it so much I thought I would try it for the cats to see how they reacted. I put Dr. Elsey‘s in one bowl and right beside it I put this food in another bowl. They did not even touch the Dr. Elsey’s and annihilated all of this food in the second bowl. Now the only problem is, I bought a small bag and I need them to finish off the food they have left in their container before I switch them over to this full-time! Good ingredients, good quality, cats loved it. Will be buying again, and feel lucky that I stumbled upon this food as a result of trying their dog food.
