My girl (60lb shepherd mix) was suffering with repeated UTIs (I beleive around 4 different times over the course of two to three months). It would start up, I’d get her to the vet for antibiotics, then it would come back within a week or two of the medication concluding. I’ve been giving her two of these a day and she’s not had another UTI since! I definitely found these to be worth it for my girl!

My dog has chronic cystitis (inflamed bladder) with no visible stones and a clear bacteria culture. The short term treatment for very bad pain and inflammation is carprofen, but that wasn't doing anything for the in between symptoms; frequent urination and a slow stream. I couldn't even ask friends or family to watch him for me if I was going away because it was so much work. I first tried UroMAXX for 30 days and definitely saw an improvement! Then I ran out of chews before my usual Autoship schedule, and it definitely seemed like things were getting worse again after about 10 days of being off of it. (Taking a very long time to urinate on walks, a slow stream, and whining to go out at 1 or 4 am) He's on day 2 of being back on it again and I already see an improvement! Made it overnight without needing to go out and a very good stream this morning. He's a dog that tries really hard not to have accidents though, and only dribbles inside when he's really sick. This supplement seems to help support that for him!
