When changing to Taste of the Wild, we recommend making a gradual transition over 7 - 10 days to help avoid possible digestive upset in sensitive pets. Add a small amount of new food to your dog’s previous diet, gradually increasing the new and decreasing the previous diet until the transition is complete.
We switched from Blue Wilderness to Taste of the Wild due to Blue Wilderness changing their formula by adding some grains and raising their prices by $10. Taste of the Wild is less expensive and actually more flavorful for the dogs. Blue Wilderness only offered chicken while Taste of the Wild (wetlands) offers duck, quail, chicken, turkey. The dogs LOVE it.
I recievved two large bags of dry dog food which my dogs loved since I switched them from Science Diet. They transitioned nicely. Most importantly the delivery was FAST. I was so surprised. Excellent service!
Getting my dog to eat her kibble playing without any treats or food put in her kibble has been such a hard thing for us to do as a family. This dog food gets my puppy excited to eat kibble again would highly recommend.
My dogs prefer this brand of food. Several interesting flavors to chose from. Good quality for the price. Real ingredients.
Never have been disappointed with Chewy! Even when I am running low on my pups food, I can count on chewy to be prompt and right. My pup loves this food and the variety is great.
Eased them into the food change. Made my cocker itch and have diarrhea everywhere after three days. My golden had the same reaction five days after making the complete switch. Don't know if I got a bad batch or something in it does not work with both breeds.
I had bought my very picky eater dog a well known more expensive dry dog food that he seemed to like pretty well. I started doing research on the best dry dog foods out there. Taste of the Wild was in quite a few top 10 lists that I saw. I read about it and I thought it sounded like a good food and it sounded quite tasty in my opinion. I decided to give it a try. As I opened this new bag of Taste of the Wild dog food my dog started to drool in anticipation of eating it. I put it next to his expensive dog food and he ignored the other dog food and dove into the Taste of the Wild bowl. Fast forward a month and he has consistently eaten the Taste of the Wild dog food over the other dog food. I was quite surprised. I am very happy with my decision and am won over to this brand.
Have tried other grain free brands...this is the best
Great prices but sent a box that was way too heavy to handle for me
Bought it because it was supposed to be rated one of the best for picky eaters; however my dog would hardly even touch this food. She also started shedding way more than she was.
