Perfect for our cancer-striken companion!

Our pup is battling cancer, and finding a well-balanced and fortified food without breaking the bank has been a challenge! This brand is certified by the Association

Our pup is battling cancer, and finding a well-balanced and fortified food without breaking the bank has been a challenge! This brand is certified by the Association of American Feed Control Officials (AAFCO), and has been making pet foods for close to forty years. It smells "fresh", not rancid like other big name brands that we've bought in the past. I'm really impressed by the quality at such an affordable price point. Most importantly, our handsome fella LOVES this food!

unfortunately my pups itching was constant with this food. These chicken meal used in the dog food chain supply is problematic for the past couple breeds I’ve had. So I switched his food to not include chicken meal and zero itching. I k or Annamaet is a good brand but they didn’t have a protein alternative for my pup.

delivery fail.

I’ll blame seasonal help. It looks like it was thrown off the truck and then thrown onto my walkway.

I have tried different recipes and it's a no go stool wise. I had a few dogs in the past who did great. A couple last year that we still have did not. I bought this to try on a new dog. I have tried since I bought it and stool just is soft. She does great on Farmina which many have loose stool on. I want to say Annamaet is a fantastic company, with ethics and great sourcing of products. Low ash chicken, digestible, but I have seen a few others say some formulas don't work. I may try another one of theirs. I don't know. I just gave this bag away more than half full. Yes I mixed slowly. Have had dogs for decades. I know my food and how to do it. Please try this companies food. It's one of the best out there. The stars are only for my experience with German shepherds and a Malinois.

Not for us

I really wanted to like this food, but like a few others this caused my girl to have diarrhea.

Cruelty Cutter App. approved.

The dogs liked it a lot. The kibble size was small. My vet thought the ingredients were of a good quality.

My shepherd isn't too picky, but has had some medical issues in the past that involved diet changes. Once she could have dry food again, we started on this and it helped her get back up to a healthy weight without getting too chonky, even with a lower activity lifestyle (needed for the medical reasons). She's maintened her weight well and tolerated the food without any issues, she really likes it, and her health and energy have been great!
