Where are the ingredients sourced?

Most of their ingredients are sourced from the USA, but not every ingredient is available in the states. Some of the vitamins are produced in Europe. Vitamin C is from England, Biotin from France, and L-carnitine from the Czech Republic as none of these are produced in the US. Their salmon is from Alaska and the herring is Canadian.
What size kibble is it? I don’t want to buy a large bag if the pieces are too big for my 8 week old pup. Thanks.
