First off it took over a week to arrive, it appears they sent me a returned product! I plugged it in and it seems to be working properly but I didn’t pay for a trashed

First off it took over a week to arrive, it appears they sent me a returned product! I plugged it in and it seems to be working properly but I didn’t pay for a trashed box and return. The light literally didn’t even arrive in a shipping box. It was delivered it the original manufacturer box only.

It works great absolutely probably the best lights for reptiles. Little tricky on figuring out how to use the app, YouTube has a great tutorial on there

Not sure how people are having problems with the app. I have multiple reptile enclosures, and each of their lights show up in the app. I set their sunrise, midday,

Not sure how people are having problems with the app. I have multiple reptile enclosures, and each of their lights show up in the app. I set their sunrise, midday, and sunset percentages/times and the light doesn't forget, even if I close the app, or even when I got a new phone and had to re-install the app. The lights kept all my settings not the app or the phone. I agree they might need more specific instructions for people who aren't very good with electronics, as figuring out the settings wasn't as intuitive as it could be. But once it was all set I never think about it ever, even when we go on vacation.

Poor shipping

I didn't really appreciate a $170 light being shipped without any kind of packaging! Thankfully the light works but it arrived in it's original box and was smashed

Room for improvement

The Light itself is pretty nice and works well if you use the preset timer settings. However the app you have to use to program custom time settings and light levels

The Light itself is pretty nice and works well if you use the preset timer settings. However the app you have to use to program custom time settings and light levels is just about useless. If you walk out of range of the light, turn bluetooth off or close the app the light gets stuck at it's last setting. So if your light is programmed to be at 5% at 6:00AM and you leave to go to work, it's stuck at 5% until it reconnects to your phone. Pretty dumb design, hopefully they work on fixing this flaw as this was not a cheap light.

I have 8 reptiles requiring different care from each other my day gecko used to just be in hiding until mid day now with the dimming function of the lumenize led

I have 8 reptiles requiring different care from each other my day gecko used to just be in hiding until mid day now with the dimming function of the lumenize led and uvb he'll bask early when the led lights turn on than he'll go back into hiding and come back out once the uvb turns on, my tokay gecko will come out early morning to late at night before and after the led and uvb turn off to bask under her heat bulb
