Great light. Bad bulb.

I bought 3 of these to put on the left side of my leopard gecko tanks. Unfortunately, one of them had a bad bulb. I’m hoping Chewy can send me a replacement since

I bought 3 of these to put on the left side of my leopard gecko tanks. Unfortunately, one of them had a bad bulb. I’m hoping Chewy can send me a replacement since these lights aren’t cheap. Otherwise, perfect size and love that they can connect together.

Confusing at first but it works good!

When I got it I didn't understand how to assemble it, I put the bulb in and I rewatched a tutorial like 10 times but you have to turn the bulb around further than

When I got it I didn't understand how to assemble it, I put the bulb in and I rewatched a tutorial like 10 times but you have to turn the bulb around further than you think you do, I was afraid of breaking it but I didn't. The cords also confused me and I crashed out but you have to push in the cord, it doesn't go in easily into the fixture.

Would give 0 stars if I could

Ordered this uvb kit many times for my reptiles and the last two they sent with no uvb bulb. They kept promising me they would send one and that did not happen

Ordered this uvb kit many times for my reptiles and the last two they sent with no uvb bulb. They kept promising me they would send one and that did not happen. The third one was supposed to be here a week ago and they actually never sent it out. For someone who has been shopping here for many years I will never purchase anything from them again. Sadly chewy has fallen off. Don’t support these scammers.

Reptile approved

My gecko is enjoying his UV lighting! It was difficult to twist in to get it to turn on, but after watching several videos and tinkering with it, it took a lot more

My gecko is enjoying his UV lighting! It was difficult to twist in to get it to turn on, but after watching several videos and tinkering with it, it took a lot more turning to lock it in than I thought. Other than that it works great! Just wish I could find a refill bulb only without the housing.

Missing bulb in 2

I ordered this before checking the reviews and have dealt with 2 packages coming in with no bulb, the costumer service is great and I’m getting a replacement, but
