how big they were -

no where on bag does it say how large they are - way too large for a small dog and even for a large dog - was shocked - most bags imply the size they are like small

no where on bag does it say how large they are - way too large for a small dog and even for a large dog - was shocked - most bags imply the size they are like small - mini - large - teenie etc - have bought in past but got the small or mini for my 20 lb westie - even sometimes cut those in half - i would have to cut these into 12 pieces if not more to accommodate my small dog - will not but these again - do not know how to send a photo as am elderly and can barely use cell phone

First thing to note is these are HUGE. I have to break them in half for my 14lb dog because they're literally the size of a baby's arm. I give one to her every week

First thing to note is these are HUGE. I have to break them in half for my 14lb dog because they're literally the size of a baby's arm. I give one to her every week and haven't really noticed a change in her breath or the plaque on her teeth. But she does enjoy eating them, so I'll finish the bag.

Ark dental chews extreme

These are very very hard and not what I expected I needed to cut it in half the long way so my 20# Westie could chew it. I’d say these are more for dogs over 30#

If you have a dog under 20lbs I would search for a smaller product. Looks like I will be donating these and canceling my auto ship. They are too hard to break down into smaller pieces & only 5 come in a bag.

My Dog Loves Them! No Difference from the Regular Ark Natural Treats

My dog goes crazy for the Ark Natural 'toothbrush' chews so I bought these since the website recommends them used together. I cut them into halves to save money

My dog goes crazy for the Ark Natural 'toothbrush' chews so I bought these since the website recommends them used together. I cut them into halves to save money where I can, so I may just not be getting the full effect to be completely honest. My dog can totally finish a bully stick in like 15 minutes so he is an insane chewer, but I don't notice these more hefty chews lasting any longer than the normal ones. I haven't noticed a change in his teeth or breath smell since adding these alongside the normal ark chews either. But, he seems more excited on the days he gets them so, that's enough for me to keep buying them. If you don't give in as easily as me to marketing or dog pressure, I wouldn't recommend theses additional chews. But would recommend the Ark Natural regular toothbrush chews for daily use!

Over priced for 5 chews

Nothing wrong with the product, but greed is in the price. Even on autoship, these cost over $3 per chew. They break in half easily but 1/3 this size for SMALL

Nothing wrong with the product, but greed is in the price. Even on autoship, these cost over $3 per chew. They break in half easily but 1/3 this size for SMALL would be more appropriate, Green poo is a bit disturbing but not so much when you consider these are green and, even at half, still a large chew for a 10lb dog... almost meal sized... the cost is the downside of this product... I can get a 40-count box of Greenies for a similar price and they can be halved too. SO, 10 weeks for $16 or 80 weeks for $18... Hmmmm However, to be truthful, these are probably a little better than Greenies, due to their larger size and hardness forcing a longer chewing session. But, if you keep up with your dog's teeth, greenies will serve well, and be far more affordable.
