Even tiny teeth can have a gnaw-some time with the Benebone Bacon Flavor Tiny 2-Pack Dog Toy! These durable nylon chew toys are made in the USA and are especially pawfect for pint-sized pups who love to chew just as much as their bigger canine counterparts. But the goodness doesn't stop there, because both are packed with real flavor—the wild rolling, bacon-flavored Zaggler and a fetching Maplestick flavored with natural maple wood. Your little one can easily grab onto the raised edges, making these safe, dog-friendly toys more attractive than traditional flat bone shapes.

Nylon and Maple Wood or Real Bacon
Keep an eye out for wear and tear. Within a month or so, most dogs chew Benebone into submission. Rice-sized flakes are OK, but if it looks like larger chunks are about to come off, it’s time to replace.

Always choose the largest product your dog can handle, even if you have a dog rated for the smaller size.
Benebones are made with USA-sourced nylon and flavored with USA-sourced real ingredients – real peanuts, white meat chicken, bacon or maple wood. That’s it! Benebone likes to keep it simple.
Since it’s a durable nylon chew, Benebones are pretty hard and durable. You can’t make an indent on the product with your fingernail, however hard you try. So be sure your pup has strong, healthy teeth and can handle harder chews such as antlers and real bones.
If pieces the size of rice or smaller fall off the Benebone, these generally do not cause a problem. If the product has lost more than a sugar cube’s worth of volume, it’s time to replace.
Benebones are durable chews designed to last a few weeks or more. We recommend replacing monthly, or sooner if wear indicates.
Weight is only a rough guide. It cannot replace sound judgment based on a dog’s size, chew strength, and tooth strength. When in doubt, choose the larger size.
Can puppies enjoy Benebones too?
Puppies can enjoy Benebone’s Puppy line, which are a tad softer for teething puppies.
Is the Maplestick as durable as other Benebones?
The Maplestick contains a good amount of maple wood fiber mixed in with the nylon. It is durable, but wears a bit faster than the rest of the Benebone line.
Benebone products are made in a factory where nuts and other flavors are used. Unfortunately, keep Benebone products away from households with an allergy.
The maker says to toss them when the dogs can chew rice sized pieces off. Which they can do almost immediately. These may be great for an old dog with no teeth, but until they are made completely of food items and preferably veggie based, these are a hard pass.
I'm sorry to say my 2 little Chichuhuas don't know what to do with them so they are just lying on floor.
Benebones are a wonderful non-rawhide chew bone that lasts a really long time. I purchased these for my two little ones after they kept stealing the XL one from my big guy. The size is perfect for their smaller mouths and I know they are safe. The XL one has lasted for about a year with all three dogs taking turns chewing on it, so I assume these will last just as long. Great product that I will continue to purchase.
This is our first time buying Benebone, but our 8 pound chihuahua loves it! Admittedly, the bacon-flavored chew is way more popular in our house than the maple-flavored one. Even our other dog, who usually can't be bothered with "non-edible" sticks, has been loving the bacon one. These are the perfect size for smaller dogs and are shaped so that they are easy to hold on to and carry around. I'll definitely be repurchasing in the future!
Glad I got these. Dogs really like them. It's always hard to know for sure if dogs will like bones and these they do enjoy.
worst decision ever. these are literally hard plastic shaped into a bone. my one of three Poms who likes to chew did not touch these plastic things. i donated them to the Humane Society where i volunteer.
Our puppy just loves these. Very durable and lasts for months.
My 11 mo Jack Russell is a chewing machine. Bully sticks and similar make her happy, but upset her tummy later. I needed an alternative to keep her interest without side effects. She’s mostly ignored puppy benebones, so I should have known better. She carries the maple one around, but doesn’t chew on it. She ignores the other one. The search continues.
Puppy loves these, alternate putting them in the freezer and he loves them when they come out because he is teething. Great product
My Pomeranian is a pretty voracious chewer and a bit persnickety about the size of toys which makes buying for him a little difficult. He prefers small toys that he can hold firmly with his paws and chew and unfortunately many of these styles he’ll destroy within 10-15 minutes. Enter Benebone! This was the first toy of the perfect size that lasted. He was especially obsessed with the maple stick, so much so that I started taking it with us when we traveled so he’d have something to play with. I’ve purchased this twice as we lost his beloved maple stick and will continue to rebuy!
