Was extremely excited to try this product, our rescue dog has poppy issues since we adopted him in September and we thought from the write up and reviews this would be a huge help. Unfortunately it has not helped at all. We do mix it with wet food because it has a smell to it that he did not like. But nothing at all has improved poop or gas wise.
After days of not knowing what was going on with my poor 10-year-old Maltese Abby with bouts of diarrhea and vomiting, I was desperate and started researching and discovered that she is having a food allergy. When I came across "Perfect Poop" and read the multiple positive reviews I had to order this and try it. In the meantime I was trying everything to help her while waiting for the order and gave her small plain boiled potatoes to sustain her which did help. She has been on the "Perfect Poop" for about 10 days and it has helped tremendously! I can't tell you how relieved I am to have found something that's natural and helps her. I will continue to purchase this product because it works!!!!
Our Raven had loose stool for awhile. We’ve taken her to the vet multiple times she always had neg. fecal tests. Vet put her meds which helped but once meds were finished she was back to diarrhea. We added Bernie’s perfect poop she’s been doing great on it. I highly recommend this product.
I have two dogs. The older ones joints are going to arthritis, he's on all the joint supplements I can justify but was still struggling to poop. I started this for him and now he can poop without walking while squatting (a sign of discomfort). My younger dog was having allergies. I started him on hemp and fish oil and oatmeal baths with no luck. I was to giving him benadryl every day to help him with the itchiness. Then I tried this on him and he's not itchy anymore! The only issue I've had is that I have to add mashed up wet food for one of my dogs to eat it because he didn't love the taste (just didn't love it, didn't hate it either).
Bernie’s Perfect Poop has helped my 11 year old girl greatly reduce rumbling stomach issues and allows her to have much firmer poops. She has more energy and is always ready for a walk. I use this daily and recommend it to everyone whose pup has loose poops and rumble stomachs.
My pup has cushings and has diarrhea for months. Even Rx drugs were not helping a lot. This product seems to be working. We are far from being normal but it is so much better and continues to help him improve.
Big improvement noticed in 2-3 days! My rescued American Bully had terrible poops and cleaning up after him on a walk was an embarrassment. He was already taking probiotics and digestive enzymes, but it was Bernie’s PP that solved the problem. I bought a small bag first, then immediately bought 3 big bags. Don’t wait, buy it!
This product did not work for pup. I must have misread the description as I thought this product was like a chew type supplement not a sprinkle on food ingredient. She totally disliked it and made her gastro problem worse.
When we adopted our dog, he was doing very sloppy poos. So we started him on Bernies Perfect Poo and it worked wonders. He was having solid poos within a few weeks. We've been off and on it for the past few years. The reason we go off it is because his poos get solid and then the bag runs out (so we figure we're in the clear). Unfortunately, those poos get sloppy again, so we get him back onto it. Maybe he is Bernie's PP for-life sort of guy. He's about 50 pounds and on just one tablespoon a day. It really works wonders for him. He's also on Science Diet Perfect Digestion and it seems like a good combination.
At first, I loved this product and after using for a week was seeing results but it ended up giving one of my dogs seizures. So I quit using it and she's been perfectly fine since. Maybe depends on the dog?
