The foam used in these stairs are CertiPureUS foams, made in the USA. They are mattress-grade foams that can withstand up to 75 pounds of weight. However, as each step of the stairs is quite narrow, we would recommend that customers review the photos of the measurements of our stairs and the steps and compare with the stride of their dogs.

Great construction!

The stairs are high enough for my small dog to reach the bed and feel very comfortable. However Max, my dachshund terrier mix, who are notoriously stubborn absolutely

The stairs are high enough for my small dog to reach the bed and feel very comfortable. However Max, my dachshund terrier mix, who are notoriously stubborn absolutely REFUSES to even go near the stairs!! I put treats on them and he’ll eat the ones on the first three stairs but if he can’t reach the one on the 4th stair he just turns away. I’ve put him on the stairs and he jumps down. I’ve helped him up the stairs to show him and he won’t do it. I’ve ignored him and hope he will just go up on his own and he lays down on the floor and cries. He even wouldn’t go into the bedroom because they are there!! The MOST stubborn dog I’ve ever met!! But the stairs are great ! If you need them, they are perfect for dogs who will use them!

(Raised Bowls) Arthritis is also happening and these steps were the perfect size for the little table he jumps up on and the bigger one for the Bed height. Both perfect, easy to clean too! Sturdy and good grip.
