nice, not-too-expensive bed for older dogs

I replaced a big (very) old couch cushion my dog loved as a day bed in the living room with this bed. I was afraid he wouldn't accept the new bed but the old one

I replaced a big (very) old couch cushion my dog loved as a day bed in the living room with this bed. I was afraid he wouldn't accept the new bed but the old one was ragged and a bit stinky. I underestimated my dog's adaptability -- he's very happy with this and he's getting much better support for his old joints!

Hard to clean

We have had this bed for less than 2 weeks. The sheepskin top is filthy and I cannot get it clean. Every bit of leave part and dog hair is woven i to the fabric

We have had this bed for less than 2 weeks. The sheepskin top is filthy and I cannot get it clean. Every bit of leave part and dog hair is woven i to the fabric. I've tried to vacuum it daily. I've used a dog brush on it and a pet hair remover. This bed looks awful after just 2 weeks.

OTC Prescription from the vet

It doesn't fit into his crate but, that is okay because I found a place in the living room for it and North Star is still adjusting to it and he has realized it

Comfort

I have 4 cats (well 3 are kittens) I put this on top of a pet cage because I have hammocks for them in the cage and they all sleep and enjoy bird watching now on

Fell Apart within 2 Weeks

The top fleece part started shedding and fell apart. The microsuede ones we ordered years ago are holding strong, but this one was not worth what we paid.
