I have bought antlers before and I've had no issues but these Split elk antlers Were incredibly dangerous. These were only two of the splintered pieces that I found

I have bought antlers before and I've had no issues but these Split elk antlers Were incredibly dangerous. These were only two of the splintered pieces that I found most recently , I had removed other ones that are even smaller, making them even more dangerous. Both my dogs are labs so they love love love to chew. I might add that the whole elk antlers have never been an issue, but the Split antlers, I will never buy again. And these are not cheap! I'm hoping I get some of my money returned.

This sliced antler will work great for medium chewers! My shepherd enjoys gnawing on it and my golden loves it but she is such a hard chewer. Because of how hard it is and how hard she chews I would worry about her cracking a tooth (which she’s done before). She did also get a shard off of it which she didn’t eat but made me a little nervous. I totally trust my shepherd with it because he wouldn’t eat chunks like that and probably wouldn’t even chew hard enough to get a shard off of it. They very much enjoy the tasty marrow in the center!

At about 10.5" long, the antler was on the large size of the advertised range. It was split down the middle, making it easy for my dog to access the softer inside

At about 10.5" long, the antler was on the large size of the advertised range. It was split down the middle, making it easy for my dog to access the softer inside. There was no noticeable smell. My dog was immediately interested, but lost interest after the first day. Like with all antlers, do your own research into determining of it is safe for your dog, keep your dog supervised, and get one sized correctly.

I have two large breed dogs. One is a bernedoodle who is an aggressive chewer and a lab boxer mix who is more of a couch potato. Both dogs love the antlers but they were highly degraded within the first twelve hours and by day three one of the two I purchased was on its last leg. It Is a fine product if you donot mind spending close to thirty dollars once a week or so for treats or toys for a fur baby. But if you are looking for something to purchase once that will last months this would be a hard pass.

Next to worthless except for what they charged

Had high hopes for these as my fur buddy is a very strong chewer and loves antlers. Opened the package to find one that was at best a medium to large size in length

Had high hopes for these as my fur buddy is a very strong chewer and loves antlers. Opened the package to find one that was at best a medium to large size in length but very narrow, and the other was also not "EXTRA LARGE", was twisted, and not split for its entire length, meaning I got maybe 40 percent of what I paid for. I have several dozen power tools, unfortunately no bandsaw though, so I couldn't attempt to split the twisted one all the way. Only maybe half of it's length had the marrow exposed, the rest was a solid antler. Chewy REALLY disappointed me on this order, and I should have probably returned it and/or had my credit card company do a charge-back on it. NO WAY could I recommend these!!!!
