I put my cat Toby on a diet of Blue Basics Turkey and Potato canned and kibble food, where I mix them together with a little bit of water. He loves it and he can digest this food better than he could his previous diet. He is a senior cat now (about 14) so it was important to feed him something he could tolerate and also enjoy eating.
My cats did not like this even after mixing it with their regular food. They refused to eat it I had to go and buy a bag of their regular food
My cat refused to eat it. Even when I started by just adding a little to his regular food, he wouldn't touch his entire bowl of food. I don't know if it's the smell or what, but he wouldn't touch it. Tried adding a little warm water, as the package suggested, nothing. I threw out everything that was in his bowl, started again and same thing. I bought the large bag to save on shipping and used maybe a quarter cup total. Expensive mistake. The local animal shelter took it.
This is great food for our cat that has IBD. Order processed & shipped very fast. We continue to do business with Chewy
Was trying to find an alternative to Instinct Limited Diets, the turkey is always sold out or not carried in local stores so it’s not always ideal. This worked okay for our IBS kitty but wasn’t great. I’m sure it would be great for a kitty with just a sensitive belly.
I had been using the blissful belly by Blue Buffalo and decided to try this as one of my cats has IBS and was trying to see if I could get them feeling a little bit better. Neither one of my cats will touch this.
Just started giving this to my cat. So fat she is liking it.
Enjoy the fact that Keely is no longer throwing up! Need your webpage be easier to navigate also. Thanks
It is good except for the potatoes. I wish I could find a grain/carb free food that keeps sugar levels in mind without being a prescription needed food.
I put my cats on this food because of allergies. It's been 2 weeks and I've already noticed a difference. Their fur seems softer and they haven't been scratching as much. So far so good.
