Good choice for Skin issues but expensive

I was looking for a wet cat food that would not be so hard on my cat's skin has she has some allergies/skin issues. I found this brand and seems to keep her skin

I was looking for a wet cat food that would not be so hard on my cat's skin has she has some allergies/skin issues. I found this brand and seems to keep her skin issues at bay so far but I know it can take up to 8 weeks to notice a difference. The cans are small and pretty expensive.

I have one cat the grooms herself raw if she eats food with chicken so I decided to bite the bullet and pay extra for the canned Blue Buffalo Basics. Neither of my cats will touch it. Since I paid $60 plus for a case I will try again but will not reorder. They both tolerate the dry Blue Buffalo Basic.

Bewildered

I want to add Fiber to my cat's diet. His stools are extremely hard. His regular food is enjoyed and semi-affordable, though I wonder if he's getting all the nutrients

I want to add Fiber to my cat's diet. His stools are extremely hard. His regular food is enjoyed and semi-affordable, though I wonder if he's getting all the nutrients needed. He has so many sensitivities which vet after vet has not been able to resolve. I choose this particular food based on ingredients that are supposed to be good for his conditions. I research ingredients before purchasing and have found inconsistent information on whether Turkey is healthy or toxic to cats. I figure if it's toxic as some data has claimed, there wouldn't be so many cat foods using the ingredient... would there? Anyway = we are now into wasting the 3rd can; all 3 denied. The 1st can was mixed with his regular pate brand and partially eaten. He wouldn't eat the rest of the day, which is not his typical feed me every 4 hours habit of asking for food. 2nd day he wouldn't eat it until later in the day I doctored it with some pumpkin puree and kibbles. Again, he wouldn't eat the rest of the day. This one is a no for Patrick. Whether it's the Turkey he doesn't like how it makes him feel... after eating some of it he was 'twitchy', as if something was after him/biting him. Nerve affect. Or, maybe it's the Potatoe. Overall the consistency of the Pate is firm. Dense. Not odorous. Blue Buffalo is a trusted brand I have fed my previous cats going back 25 years. In respect to the overall Favorable Ratings I thought it was worthy of a trial. I Rate 3 Stars for these reasons. On a personal use effort of course it's would be 1-Star. Maybe Blue Buffalo has changed in recent years. Every attempt at the brand has failed with this cat/Patrick. I Will not purchase again.

Digestion improvement

My 16 year old kitty has been having a lot of diarrhea and this food helped to firm it up. He’s a picky eater so I’m happy and grateful that he eats it! Very pricey
