    Dogs love it

By Doggiemama on Jan 6, 2020

First, yes it smells fishy because it has fish. I put it in a ziplocs or container so the smell isnt wafting through the kitchen. Perfect for treats. A can lasts a long time as well if you give a spoonful for a treat. From the chihuahua/ dachshund mix to our coonhound they all devour it ! So much cheaper on chewy as well when a single can is over four dollars at the local store.

    My dogs love this flavor!

By DoctorK on Jan 3, 2020

I wanted to try this variety of canned dog food and my 2 Siberian Huskies absolutely love this dog food. I usually mix it with some dry dog food, so they each get 1/2 to 1 can per day.

    Nope. No how, no way

By Geri on Jun 5, 2019

My WPGs like variety...so when I saw this variety, I thought we'd give it a try. First of all, it kind of stinks. Apparently, they felt the same. We tried it a couple of times - Nope. Will not be buying this again.

    GREAT CURE FOR DRY SKIN

    By ReeseDad2018 on Dec 14, 2018

It even in the winter time and fleas are dead Dogs still get dry skin just like we do. My dog is 50 pounds of solid muscle. Only high-protein foods for her because of her metabolism. She has such a short code her skin gets dry and she gets itchy. The fish oils in this food will help with that through the winter and summer. You don’t want to put human lotion on your dog. If your dog is chewing at his legs your knees this is the type of diet it needs to be on to stop the itching. I would recommend it completely! My dog has no problems at all now. Great product suited for my iPad or my four-legged baby.

Not helpful for our pet's allergies

By Olli on Dec 1, 2018

Love the concept of readily available novel protein sources for pets with allergies and I wish Blue buffalo hadn't missed that mark on this one. The first 3 ingredients listed are alligator, chicken broth, chicken. Being a very common pet food ingredient, many pets have developed allergies to chicken. It's especially helpful to feed single protein source food to pets with allergies, as it's easier to rotate foods this way. Turkey, egg, shrimp, catfish & whitefish are also included. Hoping more pet food companies can help with the allergy issue in the near future.
