My two pits always have blue buffalo wet food and always love it. Except when I bought this one for them they wouldn't hardly touch it!!! I dont know why but definitely wouldn't buy it again.

  • My dogs love this food!

The smell isn't overwhelming when reheated like the salmon. I only wish it came in the smaller cans, my dogs are little and I always end up giving them a bit too much. Not that they mind.

  • My baby loved it!

She's about 2 now, 7lbs, she's a Maltese mix, with a big personality, and a sensitive stomach. She loves the pate texture and at first I didn't think she'd care for the flavor. With the blue buffalo lamb stew, she'd never finish right away but when I let her into the house to eat in the day she runs straight to her bowl. Her stool looks better too, which Is another plus. I was also impressed with the shipping time and price, better than Petco! This was my first time ordering and I'm definatly going to be a repeat customer.

  • The stench! LOL

My puppy is not a fan. I use canned food as an add-in when he becomes un-fond or bored with his dry food. I've tried the logs from Blue Wilderness and they're great and a couple of different flavor cans and they're great but the SMELL of this is quite overpowering whether it's still in the can or post-ingestion by my dog (talk about dog breath!)! WOW. He'll eat it but only after he's walked away a couple of times. LOL, I'm sure other dogs will love it but this is not for him. I have the rest of the case I bought and may have to donate them to a shelter. Don't get me wrong, I LOVE BLUE WILDERNESS products, it's just this particular flavor isn't working for me or my dog.

  • Alligators in the dog food - give me a break. LOL

It sounds like a strange combination but our Greyhounds love it. Even our very picky eater, Jasmine. It is grain free which is important to us and our dogs and Chewy sells it at a good price. What more could you ask for, right?

  • The dogs love it; I don't.

This Blue Buffalo food is very well received by our dogs, even the fussy one, but I have some problems with it. It is very hard to mix with dry food, being of a glue-like consistency and somewhat dry. The catfish, touted on the label as a main ingredient, is so far down the list of ingredients - it is the ninth ingredient, after chicken and potatoes and water and such - as to be actually irrelevant, so in this respect it is a bit dishonest.

I have 3 large dogs. Along with their grain free diet. I take one can of food add water and blend it in the ninja. This makes a thick gravy to mix with their food. Gobble gobble gone!

  • Not what I expected

If you prefer regular dog food then you will like it, I was used to stews, Harder to mix with dry food. Needed more gravy.
