poor quality now

We have bought these for over three years and this is the first time I have had such a terrible bag. The bag was not even a quarter full, and some of the cow ears were smaller than my hand. Very disappointing and I am removing from my AutoShip because it’s not worth it.

very tiny, skimpy ears

The previous bag I had ordered about 1/4 of the ears looked very very small and flat,. I thought it was a fluke. I ordered another bag, and even more of the bag contains ears that are minuscule and flat (about 1/2 the ears in the bag). They look like a potato chips. I wouldn't even know that these were cows ears, if I hadn't ordered them myself! RIP OFF!

Very disappointing

We've been buying these cow ears for a while now. When our recent Autoship order arrived, we were shocked at the difference between the cow ears included and the ones we had been receiving. The package is the same size and looks the same, but appeared to be about half as full as those in the past. We counted the pieces and there were indeed 20 of them, but most of them were not whole ears, as in the past. It looked as if ears had been cut in half and the pieces ironed out, so what we had looked like extra-large potato chips. The curved part of the ear that our dog had used to hold the ears down with his paw while chewing was missing in most of them, thus adding to our feeling that these were half-ears. He has trouble holding onto these, and the last half as long as they used to. We are very disappointed. We understand that prices on everything are rising. But we would prefer to pay a little more for the product we used to get, or to pay the same amount we used to pay for 20 ears for a bag containing 18. This unsatisfactory package of ears made us feel we were being ripped off and treated like idiots. Did the folks at Chewy think customers wouldn't notice? If our next package is like this one, it will be the last one we buy.

Cows Ears

My girls love these ears! I was so happy to see I could get them from Chewy, because where I bought them before, there they were larger, but discontinued selling the 20 count package. I am very pleased!

Hope they get back to what they were

I have been buying these for some time and have always been happy. My last shipment had partial ears! Not whole ears but the tops cut off. I am trying one more time and hope this was a fluke.

Less quality

In the bag, there were several pieces, not ears, and were very thick, choking hazard. Threw several away. Quality is going down. These are a favorite here, bummed. Recommendations welcomed.
