Great for cats with loose stools

I usually use clumping litter, but when one of my cats got giardia and the explosive fly cat diarrhea that goes with it, this litter was awesome! The cat kept stepping

I usually use clumping litter, but when one of my cats got giardia and the explosive fly cat diarrhea that goes with it, this litter was awesome! The cat kept stepping in her stool while using the clumping litter. This created cement like shoes on their paws. The paper litter does do that and makes complete cats unnecessary.

Perfect!

I was using petcos sophresh lightweight paper pellets. I really like it other than it was incredibly dusty. But then they discontinued it and I started to freak

I was using petcos sophresh lightweight paper pellets. I really like it other than it was incredibly dusty. But then they discontinued it and I started to freak out because I've tried several different types of litter and nothing compares to lightweight paper pellets BUT then I discovered this breeder celect and I am so impressed! I wish I wouldve found this a couple years ago! NO DUST! The bags are huge and hold so much. I like that the pellets are smaller than sophresh but they actually track less. I ordered 2 bags 3 weeks ago. I have 2 big litter boxes and 1 small kitten box and 3 weeks later I still have 2/3 of a bag left! And I scoop solids and liquids at least twice a day so I have to top them off every couple of days. I hope they continue to make this litter forever! Lol. Paper pellets are not for everyone, I understand, if you don't scoop poop as soon as they leave it, or you like clumping litter, this may not be for you. But this is the best litter I have found in all my years of having cats.

Takes a little getting used to, but works well once used to it. Scoop urine soaked pellets soon; they turn a darker color while wet. Use a pee pad outside the little box to catch loose litter when kitty steps out. This is much better for the lungs than silica based litter. Silica is very harmful for everyone's lungs; it is not able to be cleared by the lungs, the lungs coat it, and it can cause cancer in the lungs over time.

I use this with my rescue cat that has skin issues. The litter doesn't stick to his skin or paws. It is very soft. He likes it.

I have used other paper litter for my rabbit that work better than this. This doesn’t seem particularly absorbent. I clean her litter box every day and with this

I have used other paper litter for my rabbit that work better than this. This doesn’t seem particularly absorbent. I clean her litter box every day and with this litter there is moisture on the bottom of the box when I don’t experience that with other brands.
