Items are fine, quality is good, packaging is the problem. A single suet came in one box on a separate day and the next day the rest of the order came in another

Bird lovers no mess food to serve your birdies.

We live in the mountains with many different birds. They seem to like it. Being that we live an hour out of the city, having this on Autoship has been helpful

Our birds love this!

We've bought multiple kinds of suet and this is the only one that every bird we have loves. We've even gotten warblers on it. Species that love it include hairy

We've bought multiple kinds of suet and this is the only one that every bird we have loves. We've even gotten warblers on it. Species that love it include hairy and downy woodpeckers, nuthatches, chickadees, yellow rumped warblers, catbirds, and song sparrows. The only downside is that starlings and grackles also love it.

Wow!!

I have more birds with this berry suet than I have ever seen!! All of them and birds that have never come. This one is a winner!! Sometimes I have the tiny sparrows

Sick of Damaged Product

When you ship a 40 lb box of cat litter with small dentable cans and bird suet that is extra soft in summer heat with no padding to keep items safe from a 40 lb

When you ship a 40 lb box of cat litter with small dentable cans and bird suet that is extra soft in summer heat with no padding to keep items safe from a 40 lb brick that is floating around at the whim of the delivery man and how he handles the shipping box, then you get crushed cans and suet that is not usable. I am sick and tired of wasting my hard earned money that ends up in the trash barrel because you do not know how to pack and protect items. I will find another way to get my pet food if there is one more incident like this past week. Charles Ciman
