Pellets are super small

It seems like all the Buckeye horse feeds I've ordered have super small pellets (smaller than rabbit pellet feed). The problem is that they tend to get mushy, or

It seems like all the Buckeye horse feeds I've ordered have super small pellets (smaller than rabbit pellet feed). The problem is that they tend to get mushy, or powdery, which a lot of my horses don't like. They inhale the dust, and I even had one old horse get a glob stuck in his throat and he was choking. But, I haven't used enough of this feed to know if it's better than the Purina feeds. I just don't know.

When I chose this feed it’s because I thought I’d have to feed around 2lbs but when I got the bags they said 8lbs+. I contacted Chewy and they still haven’t fixed it so just putting this out there so everyone is aware of it.

Mare looks better on this feed

I have a mare that drastically looses weight after foaling. This is the second year that she has done this even being fed the top amount of her Purina Ultium, good

I have a mare that drastically looses weight after foaling. This is the second year that she has done this even being fed the top amount of her Purina Ultium, good grass and plenty of alfalfa.. Within a few weeks of switching to Buckeye Growth and a small scoop grow and win, I can see a difference in her body condition. I’m so glad chewy carries Buckeye brand feeds. I love that chewy will deliver to the farm and guarantees their products. As prices on feed and everything else have gone up Chewey’s free delivery and occasional promotions definitely help the budget. Thank you Chewey!
