I read the reviews, but still trusted this brand and thought "it cannot be that bad" - It is worse. This shampoo is legit all water. I ran out of shampoo in my old bottle (before they changed the formula) and then added water and shook it and got a better quality of soap than this bottle. Typically, I would need to use several squirts on her whole body, as the product was so good- I had to use 3/4 of the new bottle to get a lesser result.

Did not Sud Up

It wouldn’t sud up, I washed my dog with it three times before it even started sudsing up. By that point I had used a third of the bottle! For reference, my dog

It wasn't shampoo.

It looked like water. Had the consistency of water. It did not lather up, like it was water. This was not shampoo. My dog wasn't clean and I'm pretty annoyed.

He developed a few areas of irritation and I just purchased this product and it doesn't lather like a soap,but it cleaned the dander away and I think it's facilitating the healing of the irritated spots, in conjunction with the chlorohexdine spray and 3 way ointment.
