Cost 1/2 of price my vet gets. Ease of filling the script.

Chewy contacted my vet for verifiction of the perscription. Is was very easy for me to simply place the order on line and let Chewy do the leg work. Then my vet

Chewy contacted my vet for verifiction of the perscription. Is was very easy for me to simply place the order on line and let Chewy do the leg work. Then my vet notified me that in the future, unless I purchased from their pharmacy, I would need to go to their office to pickup a hard copy of the script to deliver to the provider of my choice myself. My vet will no says "We do not condone the actions taken by Chewy.com recently." This is medication for arthritis that allows my dog of walk. I gave it as a trial on my vets reccomendation. Dose is 2 pills a day! It is inexpensive but twice the price from the vet. Ginger will be on it for the rest of her life.

This was an order for three meds. Carprofen, Simparica, and Interceptor. You sent for carprofen but failed to send the interceptor and instead sent two Simparica. I wrote you about this, the reply did not address the issue, and then they canceled it without even telling me! So I have written you a second time and have not gotten any reply! I have been a client for a number of years but I am about to get rid of you! This is the second time in recent months that you have screwed up my order!

POOR Customer Service. Quantity changed/authorized by Vet after order place yet was charged IMMEDIATELY. Shipped quantity was changed upon chat (coincidence) AND corrected invoice sent. A more proactive approach would have been Chewy advising upon authorization a quantity change and new invoice amount. Unlikely I will use Chewy Pharmacy in the future do to this.

Took almost 2 weeks to get prescription, chewy blamed everyone else.

Had this and another prescription sent to the chewy pharmacy after a vet visit. I had to do the online chat at least 3/4 times before chewy finally filled the prescription

Had this and another prescription sent to the chewy pharmacy after a vet visit. I had to do the online chat at least 3/4 times before chewy finally filled the prescription. They kept making excuses and blaming everyone else, even after I’d called my vet 3 different times to double check they had sent the prescriptions, and even had to have them resend them twice before chewy accepted them. Then once they were accepted, it was still another few days before they were shipped, filled with more excuses by chewy as to why it wasn’t their fault. I’ve heard this is becoming a regular occurrence with the chewy pharmacy after talking to a few other people. Be careful if you need something quick.

The price was a fraction of the medication at the vet.

If you just need what is essentially ibuprofen for dogs, this works great, I left the vet with 30 cows; a 15 day supply which cost $99. This is the generic, and albeit pills not chews, but my dog will swallow anything. I bought a 1 month supply/60 tablets for $24. The obscene exploitation of veterinary care is unacceptable.
