This fountain is fantastic. I have 4 cats and a smaller dog and this fountain works perfectly for them. The pump is silent, super easy to assemble as well. My only complaint is that it’s supposed to come with a foam filter to surround and protect the pump along with the carbon filter, which we did not receive. It works without the filter, but with how many pets we have, I didn’t want to risk unnecessary damage to the pump with pet hair or debris. Fortunately, customer service was incredibly helpful and quick to respond, they sent us one as soon as we inquired about it. Overall a great product.

While the design seems good, I could only give it 3 stars because the water is only available if it is running, then if the water level in the bowl gets low, it doesn't run at all. Then also, you can't see the water level in the bowl to know when to refill it; when you remove the top to refill it, it spill water all over the floor. I will continue to use it for my pets, but it's not quite what I thought it would be.

I was pleasantly surprised that our cat who loves drinking out of sinks, started drinking out of this immediately when we put her next to it. I think the difference is that there is no noise as compared to one that we had years ago. This is definitely going to be a hit and hopefully keep her out of the sinks and toilets!

Mold magnet

I like that it holds a lot of water...but that's it. There's no sensor to tell you how full it is, and you can't detach the cord from the top, so it's hard to check

I like that it holds a lot of water...but that's it. There's no sensor to tell you how full it is, and you can't detach the cord from the top, so it's hard to check the water level without spilling water. The worst part is that there are lots of places for mold to grow, there are so many parts to this thing. It takes 15 minutes to pull all the pieces apart to clean. I wish I never would've bought this.

dont have to unplug every time!

with the other water fountain i had been using, you have to unplug the whole thing to take it over to the sink, but the bottom is not attached to the wire which

with the other water fountain i had been using, you have to unplug the whole thing to take it over to the sink, but the bottom is not attached to the wire which makes filling it up easier. still have to unplug it to deep clean but so much more convenient for refills and cleaning the filter. big reservoir also means you don't have to refil as often

I have a mini dachshund and she absolutely loves this water fountain. I can stay with confidence that she drinks twice as much as water As before. Cleanings not too bad, although there Our quite a bit of pieces to work through. Just make sure that you don’t put soap on any of the filters and you’ll be fine.

Minimal assembly and extremely quiet!

My cats immediately began drinking from this as soon as the water began flowing. One of cats prefers still water, while the other will only drink while the water is running. I have another fountain in a different location that has an open basin and gurgles when the water hits the bowl. I think what attracted my “still water “ cat to this fountain was the silence of the water. Of course my other cat was onboard from the start. Good job!

Pretty Good & Stylish

It stores a lot of water, but there is nothing to help bring up that water to the pump attached to the lid. This kinda defeats the purpose of having additional water

Also, taking off the lid is almost impossible to do without spilling some water. But it’s functional and pretty, my foster cats can get territorial so this is a great addition to help everyone get adequate water intake. Points for styles

We noticed a crack in the housing unit for the fountain system, which could be the cause but not sure. Nice looking fountain but no longevity
