On the bag it says Small size dog, 2 per day. Does this mean 2 treats?

My dogs love the flavor, but these claim to be for training and they are way too big to train with. (The package says a small dog should only eat one per day). They

My dogs love the flavor, but these claim to be for training and they are way too big to train with. (The package says a small dog should only eat one per day). They can’t easily be broken up by hand so I have to portion them out with a knife, which wastes about half of the treat and leaves the house smelling like dried liver.

freeze dried beef liver treats

these are good training treats and are a good price, however whenever I order these or anything else freeze dried and they arrive in a box with a heavy dog food

these are good training treats and are a good price, however whenever I order these or anything else freeze dried and they arrive in a box with a heavy dog food bag on top of them most of the freeze dried treats are smashed and powdery. I hate to order them separately from the big bags of kibble dog food because I have to order enough other non=crushable stuff to get me free shipping.
