awkward and broken after one use
I have the larger version and have always enjoyed it. They work great with no problems. I wanted the smaller version to help save my arm, at the dog park. This arrived and we tried it out. The ball didn’t have much bounce and was very hard. And then it broke almost immediately. Also, the launcher is really awkward and doesn’t work like the larger version. It’s actually hard to use. I would not recommend buying this

this one doesnt perform as well as the smaller one. the original large one not as good either.
loooooove this thing
so much better than picking up the slobbery ball every time. my pup can fetch forever if you let her so this thing def saves your arm too. also this size is perfect for medium sized yards! It can really launch, or can just get tossed which is great. All in all glad i got this length :)
Chucking ball theower
I always wanted one of these to make it easier to throw the ball for my dogs. For some reason this chicken doesn't release the ball easily so the ball doesn't go very far.

I've raised dogs all my life, this is one of the best products on the market. Priced well, fully functional, easy to use. Very will made product, good for people who have back problems like myself.
Hard to throw
I was disappointed by this- it’s hard to throw and often I would end up throwing it almost straight at the ground.
Named 'Junior' but not the small ball as expected
I expected and wanted the small chuck it ball for my min pins and thought that is what I ordered. I have one of the small ones and just wanted a 2nd to keep in the car. This one is actually the size of a tennis ball instead. Keeping it and will give it away as they are so handy. I still rated as 5 stars because my misinterpretation of the size based on the name.
I don't know how I lived without it!
I'm an older dog mom, and never could throw a ball worth a darn. I had no idea how this would work, but finally figured I'd give it a try. Wow! A game changer! Shayne sees me put the ball in it, and starts running before I even "throw" it! My aim isn't always great, and I can only do it from the side, not overhead, but it works, and it works well. This is fantastic, and highly recommended.
Great for rainy days
Great for rainy days! I live here in Texas and we have had tons and tons and tons of rain. My little girl loves to play fetch. If she goes days without playing she actually acts depressed. This allows you to play inside. I don’t use the ball that comes with it I use another ball from the same brand that is like a vented orange soft plastic ball. Works wonderfully inside and has enough action to provide her with a satisfactory good time.
not good for small dogs
There is no description about the size of the ball but it is a medium. The ball is too big for my 15lbs dog. But I love the length and size of the launcher.
