My dogs love these balls because of the little extra piece in the ball that gives it a soft resistance but it’s a good resistance for my 150 lb German shepherd

Not very good.

The holes in the ball will expose your dogs teeth to steel wire in the ball that makes it crunch. I only noticed when the end of a wire poked me in the hand.
