Worked to encourage vertical scratching!

Our cats love the cardboard scratchers on the ground, but whenever they need to do a big stretch they use the arms of our couch. They don't seem to understand scratching

Our cats love the cardboard scratchers on the ground, but whenever they need to do a big stretch they use the arms of our couch. They don't seem to understand scratching posts, but I was hoping this L-shaped cardboard scratcher would catch their interest. So far one of our cats has figured it out and I'm hopeful the other will learn too! Seems sturdy so far!
