Shocked that no one wants to eat this

All 5 of my cats love the turkey formula of Dave's, and this seemed like it had a better over all nutrition profile for aging cats, and it is also turkey flavored,

All 5 of my cats love the turkey formula of Dave's, and this seemed like it had a better over all nutrition profile for aging cats, and it is also turkey flavored, so I thought it was a no brainer to get it. Wrong. I tried to transition them by mixing in some of the other Dave's turkey flavor from the last few cans I had left of it - they were not fooled. The only way they will eat it is if I give no other foods, and then they will only take a bite and walk away. They would rather go hungry. Strangely, even the three feral cats outside don't want to eat it - it sits all day and the racoons get it once night falls. Will see if my neighbor's cats will eat it, since it is not doing any good in my house. Had to place an order today for the original turkey flavor Dave's. Based on my experience, I can't recommend this.

I just received the best customer service in regards to helping with delivery issues with cases of can cat food to my residence. Chewy went above and beyond helping

I just received the best customer service in regards to helping with delivery issues with cases of can cat food to my residence. Chewy went above and beyond helping me and even unexpectedly refunded the latest order. I was so pleased until I opened up the package. Out of three cases of Dave's 12 oz cans, 14, yes, only 14 are usable. All the rest so dented I won't even subject my cats to the damaged food inside. I risked using damaged cans before and my cats got sick and I git a fat vet bill. DENTED CANS CONTAIN CONTAMINATED FOOD, PERIOD. I am so tired of this. I thought Chewy had a better handle on this. I am glad this order was comped. But, now, I have to risk again ordering and hope for the best. I am so tired of just trying to get quality food for my cats.

Was looking forward to trying Gobblicious since my kitty loves all the other Dave:"s flavors and they always seemed to be out of stock. Finally was able to get it on my last order and was so shocked & disappointed that my cat wouldn't eat it (only til she was very hungry and I fed her by spoon would she eat it) We struggled through the first can and I thought I would have to try to get a refund from Chewy -so disapointed! I tried giving it to her again several days later and she now loves it and has been gobbling it up! I'm really happy about that since she has a variety of flavors so as to not get bored. Dave's food is healthy and within my budget.

Good quality but not appealing to my cats

My cats seem to only like wet food with seafood. They really like Dave's tuna in aspic and other seafood featured cat food. I was going to return the Gobilicious

My cats seem to only like wet food with seafood. They really like Dave's tuna in aspic and other seafood featured cat food. I was going to return the Gobilicious it instead I am mixing it with wet food that has fish/seafood. They will eat that and get the benefit of the high quality and save me and Chewy the inconvenience of returning and restocking
