All of my cats loved it

    By on

All of my cats loved this food. Glad I gave it a try. Always hard to find something all 6 of my cats will eat that I feel good about feeding to them. This is an adult cat food only and would love it if they made it in All Life Stages or added a kitten food to their line.

    My cats like it

    By on

Whether a cat will go for any particular food is pretty much a crapshoot. And they might love something for a while then suddenly turn against it. I usually feed my cats chicken only, since they generally refuse turkey and I don't want to feed them much fish. In an effort to get some variation of food sources into their diets, I tried them on this beef & chicken pate and, wonder of wonders, so far they both approve. I had tried them a while back on the straight chicken and that didn't go over too well at the time. Price is right, quality seems reasonably good, and so far no bad physical reactions to it (unlike some other more expensive foods). So, it's worth a try to see what your cat decides Whether a cat will go for any particular food is pretty much a crapshoot. And they might love something for a while then suddenly turn against it. Cats love this food. It is nutritiously dense and I prefer larger cans to feed man cats

Wish my cats liked it, thankfully my dog does!

    By on

Started feeding this to my cats alternating it with American journey to fill the void of the Fancy Feast Pate they have been eating for years but we can no longer afford. Long story short they have been on AJ & Dave's for a month now and still don't like it. As my cats are very unhappy and noisy about it I have given up and have ordered yet more foods for them to try -- Wish us luck. Thankfully I can feed these leftover cans to the dog!

    Healthy but okay

My cats loved this food only the first day. I switch their food around as they get bored easily. I wish these larger cans were offered in a variety pack.

    Cat's didn't like the taste

    By on Top 500 Contributor

I was hoping that at least 1 of our 7 cats would like this food due to the reviews and the great ingredients but when I add it to their friskies, they turn up their noses. I've had to pick up their bowls and feed something different. Most cats like the stinky food and this doesn't have that quality. It's more bland. I gave it to a group that does TNR. Another waste

    My cats LOVE this!

I have never seen my cats eat food like they eat this one! If I don't watch out they might eat the can too! One of the neighborhood cats will dig this out of the trash can and try to lick it! What's in this stuff that they love?

    Cat repellent

My cats, who we should nickname Hoover and Dyson when it comes to food, walk away after a couple bites of this. And they like other flavors of Dave's.

    Where's the beef?

    By on

Having beef as another source of protein is a good thing. Thank you for selling products in several sizes.
