Hot spot magic

This product deserves more than 5 stars. This has been amazing for my dog's chronic hot spots. This has saved me countless vet visits, steroids and the cone of shame

This product deserves more than 5 stars. This has been amazing for my dog's chronic hot spots. This has saved me countless vet visits, steroids and the cone of shame. I spray a few times a day, its got a bitter smell, not horrible but just enough they have no interest in licking it. Once I got his few hot spots under control (about a day ot two) he essentially stopped getting them. I also use on my cat that has occasional dermatitis and its magic in a bottle.

Great simple chlorhex spray, no artificial scent, no dye

My dog has environmental allergies and her paws get irritated when the yard is wet/muddy all the time like this rainy year. I had to do chlorhexidine soaks to treat

My dog has environmental allergies and her paws get irritated when the yard is wet/muddy all the time like this rainy year. I had to do chlorhexidine soaks to treat a topical infection that resulted from it, so I bought spray to try to prevent that from happening again. I'm so glad I found this brand. It doesn't have the horribly-overpowering scents that the other brands add and doesn't have the artificial color that's in the concentrate and turned my white dog's feet teal. It's reasonably priced. The spray nozzle on the two I bought work fine even at an angle trying to spray between her toes. I'd definitely recommend this spray if your pet needs this kind of treatment.

Pads made for a mouse

Horrible product! The pads are so thin, frail and tiny. It's made more for a mouse/hamster paw verses a dog. They are so small I could barely hold them in my hand

Horrible product! The pads are so thin, frail and tiny. It's made more for a mouse/hamster paw verses a dog. They are so small I could barely hold them in my hand. They also felt kinda dried out. I would recommend getting a hypoallergenic baby wipe and using the Chlorhexidine spray. Don't waste your money on this product.

Works great!!!

Our Golden Retriever has seasonal allergies. He receives Cytopoint shots. He is in the pool everyday and develops *itchies/little bumps. Most likely from damp fur/skin

Our Golden Retriever has seasonal allergies. He receives Cytopoint shots. He is in the pool everyday and develops *itchies/little bumps. Most likely from damp fur/skin. I had been using a natural hotspot remedy. I had no idea these bumps could be a strain of staph until my veterinarian suggested Chlorhexidine. This stuff works like magic. What a relief -thank you Chewy.

Made things worse

I purchased this for a hot spot under my dogs tail that he was licking raw. It made the area worse. It turned bright red and larger. Wish it would have helped.
