Does this product help with occasional, acute (not chronic) canine pancreatitis?

Answer by ChewyApr 19, 2018
This Supplement is formulated to support general health, digestion, and nutrient absorption, as well as stopping stool eating, gas and sweetening breath. It is not formulated as a treatment for pancreatitis. We recommend consulting your Veterinarian to see what would be a good fit for your little one's current treatment plan.

What is the expiration date?

Answer by ChewyNov 23, 2018
Every expiration date will be different for each bottle, as different batches are constantly being produced. The expiration date will be stamped on the bottle.

Can this product be used on food and then freeze the food? We are having to make our own dog food so we are making large batches and the freezing it in serving sizes.

Answer by ChewyAug 24, 2018
The supplement works best when stored in dry, cool, or refrigerated places. The supplement's efficacy may be affected when exposed to extreme temperatures. If you intent to freeze the food, it would be best to sprinkle it on when served.

Is this a powder or wafer?

Answer by ChewySep 03, 2024
This product is a crystalline powder that has a neutral taste and no odor.

Easy to incorporate

My beagle has cancer so I have put her on a special diet. This is one of the ingredients in the recipe. It mixes well and she loves this new diet.

Good for sensitive stomachs

This digestive enzyme does not contain ingredients my pet is sensitive to. She can’t handle bromelain or bovine ingredients in most digestion aids. This was perfect

I have a dog with a sensitive stomach and ongoing bouts of pancreatitis. I used to purchase an expensive paste. I noticed that this product had similar ingredients, so I decided to try it. I've been using it for over six months, and my dog's stomach is perfect!

It helps

Our dog has lifelong IBD and Lymphangiectasia (yeah; just try memorizing that). This product has greatly reduced his reflux. It has also improved his stool consistency

Effective and helpful

I have used this in the past and was happy to see Chewy has it. My older dog has started having digestive issues and this helps her so much!

Good stuff!

I have given this to my dog for several years. She is on a prescription food and I am trying to supplement it as much as possible. I trust this product.

Save your money

I bought this product to help my dog to stop eating rabbit poop. It didn't phase her the least bit. I should have saved my money. I do not recommend this produc

Digestive enzymes are great

I have three senior dogs, all rescues. One had horrible gas, one had a cancer removed from where the stomach joins the intestines. My vet suggested digestive enzymes
