Actual nutrition just wish more people cared bout the I pets health to spend a bit more for clean or limited ingredients. People buy cheap for pets and then end up with expensive vet bills and diminished quality and shorten life spans

Great for Dog's with Allergies or Food Sensitivities

My dogs love this jerky! My shepherd is on a restricted diet. I trust the Dr. Mercola brand for product consistency and the best quality. It's an easily digestible, SINGLE ingredient product- a great alternative to beef, chicken, fish or treats with added fillers, sugars and preservatives. The consistency is quite hard, but you can snap off smaller training size pieces. There is very little odor detectible- and the treats are to entice your dog anyway. Even if your dog has no diet issues the Jackrabbit Jerky is a welcome change.

Disappointing product.

This is a VERY expensive product with a strong unpleasant smell. My veterinarian said my dog had developed allergies to certain meats, so she had to have a protein

This is a VERY expensive product with a strong unpleasant smell. My veterinarian said my dog had developed allergies to certain meats, so she had to have a protein source that she had never had before. After searching Chewy's site, I decide on these jackrabbit jerky treats, as my dog has never had rabbit. Unfortunately, these jerky treats are so hard and brittle, that they break into tiny shards when my dog chews them. They break into sharp pieces if dropped on the floor. After eating them, my dog coughs for several minutes as if she has something caught in her throat. I am considering soaking them in water to make them chewable. I shouldn't have to do that to a product that cost $24.99 for a 4 oz. package.
