Saved my dog’s life!

Our 15 year old schnauzer beagle mix, Maddie has been on a kidney diet for several years but because it contains low protein but higher fat, she occasionally would develop Pancreatitis. Two months ago she had an almost fatal Pancreatic attack! We needed to give her subcutaneous fluids to keep her alive. Appetite was almost nonexistent. Prior to this attack she was an active dog , even at age 15 , but was losing weight and getting too thin. I researched for a food solution that would work for her kidney disease , and also not be high in fat. I found this food and our vet approved to try it and although she had lost 3 lbs of weight during her illness , she perked up when she smelled this food! Within two days she was SO much improved , and now , 3 weeks later Maddie is back to her frolicking self and has put on some well-needed weight! Thank you to Evangers for saving Maddie’s life!

Very Pleased

My fur baby has so many allergies and can only eat the Royal Canin canned/dry dog food made from rabbits. The canned item has been temporarily out of stock so I purchased this product because it has no meat products in it. It’s PERFECT! She loves it and it can be used as her whole meal or what I do is mix it with her dry food that is made from the rabbit meat.

Diabetic dog owners be careful

My dog is diabetic, but I find that most dog foods have potatoes and rice in them. I loved the idea of this food but when I got it here, I could read more of what is in it. It does have sweet potatoes which is ok for my dog, but it didn't clearly show the white potatoes. Rice is also in several foods. This was my mistake I thought Vegetarian would be good. Just didn't read close enough. He gets 1/2 a teaspoon twice a day with the weight control to make the proper amount of food as directed by the vet per day.

Love Evangers everything

My dog has the pickiest palet; he does not like vegetables at all, needs a low fat diet, and has a pork allergy. And he has had to have some teeth pulled so I have cycled through many wet foods. Finally I found this veggie blend from Evangers and mixed it with their Organic chicken blend, and my doggo loves it. His poops are consistent and his pancreas is happy.

Dogs LOVE it!

We occasionally give this to our dogs and they absolutely love it. Someone we know has an older dog who would not touch dry dog food but he gobbled this up instantly. It is a fan favorite! I would highly recommend it!

Evangers vegetarian dinner

This food gave my dog terrible gas pains..even when slowly adding it to her other food..after using one can, I donated the rest of the case. It may work for your pet, just didn't work for mine.

My dog loves this food

My girl loves this food! I think she especially appreciates the variety, a chance for some delicious veggies! I also make a meatball with this to give her a pill.

Shouldn't be fed as only option unless for medical reasons

This food is great as a topper and for pups w medical conditions to animal proteins but c'mon people who feed healthy dogs vegetarian diets...forcing your anti-meat beliefs onto your dog, denying HEALTHY pooches the meat they are born to eat is criminal. My boys get this as a topper to their meat-based foods - as all dogs should - to help reduce winter and quarantine weight gain. Dogs are carnivores by nature. Stop denying healthy dogs what they're meant to eat.

Healthy Pet Food

Not only do my dogs love Evanger's dog food but it is good for them. Always but my pet food, pills and products from Chewy's. They are understanding, caring of your pet, reasonable and easy to buy from.
